Australian Customer Came to Factory to Inspect 700pcs 150W LED High Bay

On Aug 30 th, 2015, Australian partners came to SUNPER factory to inspect 700pcs 150w led high bay project.

Mr. Hamir is from Australia, engaged in the local construction projects’ contracting. Many projects Mr. Hamir contracted have to use the LED high bay, LED Flood light and other high power LED lights. Mr. Hamir found our website on Google, and address to us about his requirement, he needs about 700 PCS 150W LED high bay for the newly built factory’s lighting, after a period of communication, Mr. Hamir decided to visit our company in June to discuss the details about this project, as well as project cooperation in the future.

On Jun 18 th, 2015, Mr. Hamir came to our company at the appointed time. Firstly, a salesman communicated with Mr. Hamir and guided Mr. Hamir to learn about the production of SUNPER high-quality 150w led high bay, it is said that seeing is believing, the feeling of seeing the product on the picture of the website and the real product is not the same. After seeing our products, Mr. Hamir said he likes SUNPER HIGH BAY very much, and commended to our business: the way you introduced your products is different with the salesmen in other companies of the industry, who always introduced their products around the high quality of products, but they have never introduced why their products are high-quality and not the same as the others on the market; Your understanding of your products is in place and very deep, and you don't need to be around the word "high quality", through understanding the details of the product and the comparison with other products, the analysis is incisive, making me feel that your product is indeed not the same as other products.

Mr. Hamir’s compliment indicates that SUNPER's products have obtained approval from Mr. Hamir. On that day Mr. Hamir determined that the project would be completed by SUNPER. But there was a problem, we have to get SAA certification to enter Australia market, since the original intention of SUNPER was that Europe and North America were the main market, and 150W LED high bay got UL DLC CE RoHS certification at that time, but did not get SAA certification. Therefore, our company had discussed with Mr. Hamir, and Mr. Hamir agreed in the end to give us time to get the SAA certification.

SUNPER spent a whole month to pass the SAA testing and got the SAA certification.

After getting the SAA certification, SUNPER signed a contract smoothly with Mr. Hamir. When the production of all 700pcs 150w led high bay project was completed, Mr. Hamir said he would come to our company to inspect goods at the end of August, after the goods were approved, he would notify us to arrange shipment.

On Aug 30 th, 2015, Mr. Hamir came to our company again for inspection procedures. Half an hour later, the inspection was finished, he was satisfied with 150w led high bay SUNPER produced. Finally, he discussed the details of project cooperation in the future with SUNPER again.
