Production steps of the high power LED flood lamp

This helps to prevent the inflow of the silicone stents in the next life of the lamp. The aging process can be portioned around ten minutes off the time and thus test the drive power of the life.


The fifth step is about the silicone. This is due to the fact that the whole luminaries can better aesthetics. You may select either black or white of the 2 different silica depending on the color of the lamp body. The sixth step involves installing the tempered glass surface cover. It should also be coated with the waterproof silicone.


The last step in the production of the LED flood lamp is about aging which is more than 24 hours. However, there are so many other details involved but the above ones are the most crucial ones in ensuring the overall quality of LED flood lamp.
